中文摘要: 纳米球形聚电解质刷是指将聚电解质链的一端密集接枝于纳米球形粒子表面所形成的大分子组装结构。这种独特的结构能调控纳米粒子的表面性能,在纳米金属催化剂的制备、药物控释和蛋白质分离等领域有着广阔的应用前景。近年来,纳米球形聚电解质刷的制备方法不断发展,应用范围也不断拓宽,相关研究已成为功能高分子材料领域的热点之一。本文综述了球形聚电解质刷在合成及应用领域的最新研究进展,并展望了今后的发展方向。
Abstract:Nano-sized spherical polyelectrolyte brush (SPB) refers to a kind of macromolecular self-assembled structure that polyelectrolyte chains densely attach on spherical nanoparticles by one end. This unique structure can regulate the surface properties of nanoparticles, which makes SPB become suitable candidate in preparation for nano-metal catalysts, controlled drug delivery and protein separation. In recent years, the preparation methods of SPB are developing, and the application range is continuously expanded. SPB has become one of the hotpots in the area of polymer science. In this paper, the latest progress on SPB synthesis and applications are systematically reviewed, and some possible directions for further research are forecasted.
