中文摘要: 制备了丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEA)封端的聚氨酯(PUA)大分子单体,采用正庚烷作致孔剂,用悬浮聚合法合成了聚氨酯-苯乙烯(PUA-St)及聚氨酯-苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸乙酯-二乙烯基苯(PUA-St-EMA-DVB) AB-交联共聚物大孔树脂颗粒。SEM表明:合成的PUA-St-EMA-DVB颗粒含有规整的、孔径较大的孔洞,而PUA-St共聚物的孔洞则较小且不规整。水声性能测试表明,该柔性大孔树脂的加入能显著改善聚氨酯-环氧树脂(PU-EP)基体的水声吸声性能。当m(Resin)∶m(PU-EP)=20∶100时,添加PUA-St-EMA-DVB颗粒改性的基体比添加PUA-St改性的基体具有更好的水声吸声性能,平均吸声系数由0.25增加到0.81,最大值由0.58增加到0.98。
Abstract:β-Hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)-terminated polyurethane acrylate (PUA) macromonomer was synthesized and its macroporous AB-crosslinked copolymer particles with styrene(St) and a combination of styrene, ethyl methacrylate(EMA) and divinylbenzene(DVB) were prepared by suspension polymerization using n-heptane as a porogen. The SEM showed that synthetical copolymer resin particles of PUA-St-EMA-DVB contained regular and large pores while those of PUA-St copolymer appeared irregular and smaller pores. The results of underwater acoustic property tests showed that the modified PU-EP blend matrix with PUA-St-EMA-DVB copolymer resin particles had better underwater acoustic absorbing performance than those with PUA-St when the mass ratio of each kinds of particles to PU-EP blend matrix was 20 to 100, with this adding amount the average acoustic absorption coefficient of PU-EP blend matrix with PUA-St-EMA-DVB copolymer resin particles increased from 0.25 to 0.81, and the maximum value increased from 0.58 to 0.98.
