中文摘要: 将聚苯乙烯胶体晶体嵌入丙烯酰胺(AM)与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)的交联共聚膜中,制备了共聚物P(AM-co-HEMA)胶体晶体膜。研究了单体配比及交联剂N, N′-亚甲基双(丙烯酰胺)(MBA)对胶体晶体膜的光子带隙峰位置、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的影响。结果表明:当n(HEMA)/n(AM) ≤ 2.33时,光子带隙峰较明显,胶体晶体的有序结构得到很好的保持,随着HEMA及MBA含量的增大,光子带隙峰蓝移;当n(HEMA)/n(AM) = 0.11,w(MBA)=0.96% 时,胶体晶体膜的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率可以提高2倍。
Abstract:P(HEMA-co-AM) crystalline colloidal array (CCA) films were successfully prepared by embedding polystyrene colloidal crystal array in crosslinked copolymerization membrane of acrylamide (AM) and methyl methacrylate hydroxyl ethyl ester (HEMA). Effects of monomer ratio and content of crosslinking agent (MBA) on the photonic bandgap, tensile strength and elongation at break were studied. Results show that the CCA films have sharp photonic bandgap when the mole ratio of HEMA to AM is less than 2.33 and the periodic structures of CCA remain orderly. With the increasing of HEMA and MBA, the photonic bandgap blue shifts. When the mole ratio of HEMA to AM is 0.11 and mass fraction of crossslinking agent is 0.96%, the tensile strength and elongation at break increase two folds.
