中文摘要: 为了提高脲醛树脂微胶囊的稳定性,选择化学结构不同的聚乙烯醇、苯酚、三聚氰胺对脲醛树脂进行了改性。通过优化反应条件,得到了具有良好耐热、耐水性的脲醛树脂微胶囊。采用光学显微镜观测了微胶囊的形貌;用FT-IR表征了微胶囊的化学结构;用TGA分析了微胶囊的热性能。研究结果表明:3种改性后的微胶囊的热稳定性均有所提高,其中苯酚改性的微胶囊热稳定性最好;聚乙烯醇改性微胶囊的疏水性下降,苯酚和三聚氰胺改性的微胶囊的疏水性都有所增强。
Abstract:In order to improve the property of water-resistantce and aging stability of urea-formaldehyde microcapsule, melamine, polyvinyl alcohol and phenol were added for the modification, respectively. Microcapsules with good heat-resistance and water-resistance can be obtained by optimizing the reaction conditions. The surface feature of the microcapsule was recorded with optical microscopy (OM). Microstructure of the microcapsule was confirmed with Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Thermal properties of the microcapsules were analyzed with thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that thermal stability of the three modified microcapsules are all improved, while phenol-microcapsules have the best thermal stability; hydrophobicity of both melamine microcapsule and phenol-microcapsule are enhanced, while weakened for PVA microcapsule.
