中文摘要: 以不同添加量的蓖麻油(CO)或三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)作为交联剂,合成了一系列自愈合聚氨酯弹性体(PU)。借助核磁共振仪和红外光谱仪分析了产物结构,通过电子拉力试验机研究了交联剂添加量对PU的力学性能以及自愈合性能的影响。结果表明:CO和TMP均能提高自愈合聚氨酯的拉伸强度,但是断裂伸长率会降低。随着交联剂添加量增加,PU内部交联度提升,自愈合性能下降。当PPG与TMP的摩尔比为6:4时,自愈合能力消失。在交联剂摩尔比添加量相同的情况下,CO交联PU的自愈合性能保留效果比TMP交联PU更好。随着CO添加量的增加,断裂后愈合的PU的拉伸强度先增加后减小。当聚丙二醇(PPG)与CO的摩尔比为7:3时,总体性能最佳,在提高样品拉伸强度的同时,其自愈合后的拉伸强度恢复率为80.95%。

Abstract:A series of self-healing polyurethane elastomers (PU) were synthesized with different amounts of castor oil (CO) or trimethylolpropane (TMP) as crosslinkers. The effects of the amount of cross-linking agent on the mechanical properties and self-healing properties of PU were investigated by an electronic tensile tester. The results showed that both CO and TMP could increase the tensile strength of self-repairing PU, but the elongation at break would decrease. At the same time, the self-healing properties of the elastomer were reduced. In the case where the molar ratio of the crosslinking agent was the same, the self-healing property of PU crosslinked by CO was superior to PU crosslinked by TMP. The PU''s self-healing ability could only be maintained when there was a small amount of TMP added. As the amount of CO added increased, the tensile strength of the PU that heals after fracture increased first and then decreased. When the molar ratio of polypropylene glycol (PPG) to CO was 7:3, the overall performance was optimal, and the tensile strength recovery rate after self-healing was 80.95% while increasing the tensile strength of the sample.
