中文摘要: 纤维素醚是一类水溶性大分子,它可以作为氢键受体和聚丙烯酸(PAA)形成氢键复合物。本论文利用层层组装的方法制备出羟乙基纤维素(HEC)与PAA的界面复合薄膜,选取氢键给体单宁酸(TA)和氢键受体甲基纤维素(MC)、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPON)溶液分别对薄膜进行浸泡后处理。研究表明浸泡后处理是一个动态的过程,并会改变薄膜的厚度和组成,这对于薄膜的实际应用具有指导意义,同时也提供了制备多组分复合薄膜的新思路。
Abstract:Water-soluble cellulose ethers (CEs) can form hydrogen-bonded polymer complex with poly(acrylic acid) (PAA). In this work, hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) and PAA were selected as acceptor and donor to prepare H-bonded film. Then, HEC/PAA film was post treated with other H-bonding donor, such as tannic acid, and other acceptors, such as hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC), methyl cellulose (MC) and poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVPON). The film composition and thickness changes were concerned. The film thicknesses increase after Post-Assembly Treatment in MC, PVPON and TA solution, and the third component successfully getting into films can also be clearly observed on FT-IR spectra. And when the film prepared with FITC labeled HEC and PAA was immersed into the solution of RB labeled HPC, we found that HPC diffused into the film while HEC diffuses out from the film. These experiments results indicate that the post-treatment of the film with other H-bonding donor or acceptor polymer is a dynamics process, during which polymer chains diffusing into and diffused out from the film. The post treatment will increase the film thickness and change the composition of films, which providing an approach to further modify the Layer -by-Layer assembled film.
